Selective LOCC can increase the Moreau-Yosida entanglement of formation
Shirokov's Moreau-Yosida approximation of the entanglement of formation can increase on average under a local projective measurement. The input value is at most 1/7 and the output average is at least 3/20, for lambda = 7/2 on C^5 tensor C^3.
