Oblique discord: mutual information can increase
A normalized oblique operation can increase two-qubit mutual information. The state (8|00> + |11>)/sqrt(65) and the normalized oblique basis (2, +/-1)/sqrt(5) refute Xu's Conjecture, Eq. (22) of arXiv:1506.00404v1.
